man you have got some work put into yours, I didn't realize you had as much done as you do.

Well, today I got a little done. I have the rear X-member for the bags in and the lower mounts on. I didn't get as much done as I wanted because I was so nervous about getting the right pinion angle I spent the first half of the day measuring and remeasuring, reading and measuring again. I think I got it though. I also started building the jig for the rear wishbone too.

Thanks Mikey, I wish the local hardware store had all the same 90* fittings. I had to go with 1 brass and 3 stainless and they are different heights. I will probably tear it down and replace the stainless ones later down the road. I also have another pair of valves to get for the tilt bed. When I add those I will be doing a cantilever for the bed lift. Still designing that piece. - ED

Looking good Ed!

Well, I got the wishbone in today. I am not thrilled with the results though. I made a jig which made it a ton easier, but I don't like the appearance of the finished product. I will probably build another one later once I get her on the road. After all with a tilt bed it is easy to do rear end work on the fly. I took a pic, but it is a little dark. The bad news is I ran out of welding gas on the last weld and it is New years Day tomorrow, so no one will be open for a refill. I will be running lines and wires tomorrow since I can't weld anything I guess. Well enjoy and I will have a little update again tomorrow. -ED
