looks good though. i was gonna run 255/30/22 tires but they were too wide for my wheels so i had to either go with 235/30/22 or 245/30/22. i chose the 245 for a lil extra padding...lol nice engine swap as well... dont see too many of those done.

well 2.5 ranger swaps i mean.... im doing a 302v8 swap in mine. only cause im swapping my 2.2 engine with 117k original miles into my other 90 ext cab so i can sell it.

the 2.5 in this one only has 85k on it. the 2.2 out of the truck had well over 300k and did the usual bs that all mazdas do, smoking, burning, and leaking oil so it was junked. the 2.5 came out of a 99 ranger i had that was gonna be stockfloored but when it came back from the shop it had been in for almost 2 years it was a bigger hack job than a warhouse full of hacksaws. so i sold the body, kept the interior, which this truck will be getting the dash and gauge cluster fitted into, gave most of the box tubing to someone to use on their truck, what pieces were usable anyway, and i still have the rearend here. the front clip was scrapped and the motor and tranny found its new home in my mazda!

cool. yeah i was going to keep my original 2.2 cause i bought it from an old man with low miles, but i just bought 2 more mazdas last week. i started working on fixing the ext cab, bought a piston/rod assembly and installed it, on to find out after the fact it had a half dollar sized hole in the block. so im yanking the 177k original mile motor out of mine and swapping it into the 90 ext i have, selling it. then putting my weber on the 87 b2000 i have and cleaning it up a little and selling it as well. so i can finance the v8 swap and full frame build.
