It is nice to have good help. I have learned pretty much everything I know from my dad. We both have about the same amount of time into my truck together.

Well I havent been on here for a little bit. I have been really busy with other stuff. Havent really had much time to work on the Mazda. But next week I have off. Paid vacation week from work. So my plan is to work on it all week. My dad took the week off too, so he can help me on it. I will post pics next week with a few new updates.

Like I said my plan was to work on the truck all this week. So here is an update and some new pics. Im getting my motivation back to work on it and I will be posting new pics all week.

This is a picture from a few weeks ago when I bult the new core support mounts that flow up into the fenders. The stock mount is welded under the metal you see in the picture. Both sides are like this now.

I got the drivers side front lower inner fender finished today. Well pretty close, just some final grinding to do on it. Came out really clean!

This is the passenger side about done. I just need to weld in the round curve piece I made to finish the flow of the fender. Then get the curved piece in to block the front frame/core support mount.

This is an overall shot of the drivers side and what it looks like about done. Dont mind all the filler. Thats all going to be taken off and redone. Looks pretty good now! Another thing you can see in the pic is I got the sides of the engine bay finished. They now flow with the roll of the fenders and not just the straight box tube on top.

More updates and pics coming this week!
