New project for my Fiancee

Finally got her home this afternoon. Its an 87 B2000 cab plus long bed, BD 3". The cab is sitting on a virgin frame at the moment but the backhalf was cut off the original frame & is salvagable. Its gonna need lots of work to get it resurrected, but the hardest part is done. OH, & no matter how much work it will take, cant beat the price... $0.00! Well heres a few pics of what it used to look like:

The guy I got it from is moving, cant take it with & hasnt had any luck selling it, so he put it up for free to the 1st person with a trailer. Thats when I called & found out it was a buddies old truck that has changed hands like 8 times or so. I also got the uncut cab he took off that stock frame, 6 fenders, 2 hoods, 2 spare doors, 2 chrome grilles, etc etc.

Yeah, Im so happy I got it & I cant freakin wait to get it dragable again. I got the bed off, as you can see in the 1 pic, started goin through some of the parts I have. 1 thing thats gotta go... THOSE WIRE WHEELS! lol

I love this truck! I can't wait to see it with the bed on...

Keep us updated on the project. I saw that post, and sent the guy an email asking for pictures. He wouldn't send any, which made me not want to take the trip from Roseville Ca to Las Vegas, 20 hours round trip pulling my trailer. Glad to see it will get put back to what it was!
