I'm confused. . . what bracket? ? And what does any bracket have to do with you puttin electric fans on? ? All you'd do is put everything from the motor, BACK ON the motor. . . And jus bolt the pulley on the water pump, and not the fan/fan clutch assembly. . then jus mount the electric fans to the radiator. . .

its a 2.0 motor if that matters..

but that doesnt turn the water pump josh!
water pump is turned by the timing belt!

so if i go with a electric fan id wanna get that bracket outta the way!
how do i do so? but i gotta mount the alt bracket to!

iam getting to the point where iam gunna put the stock fan back on now..

Oh ok. . . I thought that was the water pump too. . . So a pulley still mounts to it right? ? Why not jus mount the pulley with no fan? ? Cuz if not, you are gonna have to get a different belt and crap. . I would jus leave the pulley on. . but if you really wanna get rid of it, you'd have to make a bracket of some sort to mount the alternator bracket to. . Or cut the fan bracket off right where it bends and comes around the front of the motor? ? ? idk how it all ties in so im jus givin ideas. . But if it were me, i'd mount the pulley with no fan on it. . and keep the stock belt

yeah your correct!

but i would wanna have a pully sittin there spinnin for no reason!

so (for me) iam gunna take it off if i go with an elec fan!

thanks for the input tho man!

trying to find someone thats done this before to tell me !!

I vote use it as a learning experience and sit and look at it. come up with a plan and cut it up to make it work. dont use the pully or the stock fan. get a smaller belt to run just the alternator and call it a day. i mean a belt is a few bucks. and if you mess it up that bracket is easily found all day long in a junk yard.
