Yeah I'm pretty sure we all like going hard here as well as our Aussie counterparts, it doesn't say what he's doing on the induction side on this truck though, i'd twin turbo it or a nice big supercharger, there's a guy living local to me that has this same motor in his 90's rx7 with the highrise supercharger with Demon carbs, goes pretty good... hint hint

twin turbos are a no go, there is no way they will fit in the engine bay.

supercharger might be on the cards later, its the most horsepower increase for the least money.

im just trying to get the motor running before any more mods happen

cant you can mount the turbos under the truck to give you more clearance?

turbos under the cab isnt too flash performance wise.

my headers are 5mm from my steering shaft haha, no turbos ;0

Hmm plenty of room for nos, are you going to run carbs or injection?
A carby setup could be cool, especially if you run something different like twin or quad mikuni's.

injection all the way, thats the reason i bought this motor.

its stupid to carby injected motors, its like swapping a computer for a typewriter

I know on paper there's many reason's to reuse the injection, I just really like the look of triple carbs on a Skyline or old school 350z motor, the old school hot rods with the venturi cones coming through the hood and the na drag cars.
It's impressive if you can do a 1/4 in 12 sec, but it's way more impressive if it's done without turbo's or injection.
Plus there's no need for a computer, either way your truck's going to be pretty quick when it's done.
Sorry if I offended you

its cool buddy i just personally dont see the point in going backwards

im not building the truck to go fast just yet, im just trying to get it driving and see when the bug bites haha
