Building up a lowered rig will be a first for me. Im used to off road rigs going up instead of down LOL

The name Beachin' is the name of our resort management company. Beachin' LLC. SO we are building this for a business truck and write off...........

Thought I would get this started. This truck is a daily driver and truck we use at the resort to haul items from time to time so the drop will not be a drastic as many and static.. a 4/5 should work well for this truck.

Im assembling parts now with DJM dream beams on the way, adjustable castor bushings, and 1" cut front coils. I might even make up so new arm brackets for the front
The rear will be a DJM rear flip kit with cross member and mustang rear disc brake swap

removing all chrome and trim from the truck with a red and black paint scheme the bumpers will be modified to narrow and bring closer to the body and painted body color. grill and custom valance to be body color also. mirrors will be 2 tone black and red.

The bed shell we plan to keep and color match blend in as much as possible and loose as much trim as possible and still keep the integrity. I might even go all out and make double doors by cutting the gate and making custom top half welded to the bottom. (ideas welcome on how to get this done).

The wife wants a walk through also to the bed for camping ease of access.

This is the truck when I got it

Looks like a fun build. Definitely like the old school billet rims. Tailgate mod should be interesting, look forward to seeing how you build that part. As for the walk-thru I probably cannot offer much advice for that body style but I have done many walk-thru trucks and it is not to difficult of a process. Biggest problem I ever had was sealing out the water. The accordian boot style that clips in to the topper and the cab window seemed to work the best but I had to use an adheasive to keep it in place.

Kinda a Ying Yang thing going on those wheels. LOL. Having to finish a cabin remodel this week and waiting on delivery ofa few parts then we will start for serious on the truck next week.

Thinking of a major grill mod also

a little update. got the front bumper chrome sanded down, rust repaired and painted, also the grill done. Man the quality of both of these parts leaves a ton for improvement. wrinkles and puckers in the plastic, partially textured and partially not....got it as close as I could. the bumper was, is worse.

a few pictures in a while later today
