project WET YET (NEW PICS 5/22)

actually the painted dash was hacked to hell
they cut out all the plastic around the heater controls
i may use some fiber board to redoe that part (i want to keep all the heater controls in place
and just tweed the new panel i do like the painted dash but we will see how hard its gonna be to save

just trying to eliminate all the hack on the truck right now

oh ok i was wondering if the paint was peeling off of it. I am going to paint mine and was wondering how the mazda dashes responded to paint. so far all the plastic i have done has turned out good.

the dash does have an ugly spot where the paint chipped off a lil bit

does it look like the paint failed or something hit it. you wanna post a pic of it?

Yeah it does look like it got hit. I was going to paint mine now but im going to wait till fall the hot sun is a killer to fresh paint on plastic when its curing so im doing all the small stuff and then going to pull the dash and paint it and let it sit.
