om front bumper and grill color code anyone??

Does anyone know the color name for the grille and bumper on these trucks..the one im buying has the grille chrome and the center of the bumper..it doesnt look bad but its on a silver truck thats a little too much shine for my liking so I plan on painting it too look original once its home

I believe chrome grill and bumper center piece are an after market thing. I've never seen a b with it stock. Was always a mod. Could be wrong tho. You'd make more people happy if you didnt paint a chrome grill and bumper but trade or sell it and get a black bumper and factory grill...

They did come stock just depends on the trim level or if it was ordered from the factory that way, you can still get a OEM chrome grill from mazda but you better be ready to open your wallet last I called on one it was 750.00 ish for one. if you have an oem chrome grill it would be worth selling it and picking up a plain one.

Its a bare bones b2000 the owner my friends uncle painted the stock grill and bumper center chrome I prefer the black look thats why i wanna respray it..thanks for the feedback guys!

I've been looking at parts non-stop for the past few weeks since I bought my second B and the only bumpers I have come across are either dark gray primer ready for painting or chrome. Most of the primer aftermarket bumpers are around $45-$50 with free shipping. Some are higher priced, but I don't think the higher price is particularly necessary.

The black grilles on the 2wd trucks came with gray paint in the head light recesses.
Chrome grilles were a factory option, that usually came with the package that included chrome front bumper, door and tailgate handles along with drip rail molding.



He painted it silver... that's different than chrome.
Chrome doesn't come in a spray can!

i wouldnt necessarily say that if they can make cammo come in a can what makes you think fake chrome couldnt? haha its chrome the truck is silver only on the center of the bumper and grill is chrome finished because he painted it idk if it was rattle canned or if he did it some other way but its peeling slightly and is too much on the silver truck i prefer the black front the handle and molding are all body color only other thing chrome is the rims which he had done they were originally white hahah. truck doesnt look bad but its too much bling for me personally...other thing that needs to go are the tail lights its got the euros on it which I personally dont like never been a fan of euros on any car though..I wanna get a set of oem tails there kind of expensive though cheapest ive seen are like $53 a side(I feel like im buying parts for my 86 mustang svo at that price lmao) and i cant find any oem tails locally either..and I need to find a stock bench seat...the truck has some tenzo racing buckets there real uncomfortable and they look out of place so they gotta go as well! other then that the truck is surprisingly in good shape for $800cant complain its gonna be a daily/project on the side of my other project
