carrier bearing failure

i have a 87 b2000 that had the rearend replaced before i got it i replaced the carrier bearing 1100 miles ago now its out again possible causes

unbalanced dirveshaft, warped driveshaft or bad universal joint. These sre pretty easy to notice because you will have vibration going down the road or a clunking sound when you shift.
