Damn A/T shift knob! B2600i '92

How do I get this sucker off? Center console is out. Two little screws below the handle by OD button and other side are off. I've googled and searched and I'm still stumped!

There should be one screw on the passenger side and one on the front of the shifter handle - facing the radio. Then it should simply pop-off. Put the O/D screws back in, you don't need to remove those.

When you pull off the handle hold on to the black shifter shaft sheath. Pictured below:

Thanks! The front screw is the one I missed. Practically fell off after that. Now I'm going to try to have a sticker made for the gear indicator window.
