Looking for a Diesel Guru, and maybe a Tranny guru!

I have some questions.

Where is the resistor on the 1984 B2200 that is connected to the #2 glow plug relay?

I have some other questions about a speedometer drive gear (one on the end of the speedo cable in the tranny).

Any help?
