02 B3000 3.0l will fit in _______ (fill in the blank)

I have a 2002 B-3000 supercab 3.0l 2wd A/T. I wrecked it last year (long story) and it is too much work/money to attempt to repair the body (everything is damaged except the doors) but the mechanically it is still all almost new (less than 40,000 miles)
I am looking for a truck with high mileage/blown motor but good body that I can use my truck as a donor vehicle to replace the motor/trans/anything else.

What are my limitations going to be in which kind of truck I can put my engine/trans/other parts into?
Year range?
Displacement? Can I put my 3.0l into a 2.4l or 4.0l truck?
Will my motor work in a truck with a manual trans?
Electronics, like OBD2?
What parts will cab-length affect?
Are there any other major parts that will run into compatibility issues?

Right, but what will it just drop into with no mods required? I can't do electrical work or welding.
I really want another B-series/Ranger.
