302 exhaust headers in 88 b2200

I'm looking to install 302 in my b2200. Does anyone know if there is a certain style exhaust header that will work best. Also will there be a clearance issue with the stearing column.

I run block huggers. Perfect clearance.

I was told the stock ones are good but not the vast looking.
