v8 conversion with power steering

I'm going to install a 5.0 in my 88 b2200. What do I do about converting over for my power steering??

If you're going to keep it, you'll have to have the lines modified.
A good hose shop can make up a hybrid hose for you, if you take the ends to them and give them measurements(lengths).
