transmission swap.

I have gone threw 4 transmissions in 4 years on my 1987 Mazda b2200. I am looking to see if there there are any transmissions that will bolt up to it out of another vehicle that is stronger. I do drift the truck so that has a factor in why the trany keeps going out.

You could try Mata and RX7 gear boxes. Just use your cell housing and tail housing from you B2000 and you should be in better shape.

Also, the B2600i (aka type 3) transmission will bolt into the F2/FE blocks, but you will need different flywheel and clutch for it to all work. (I think MX6/Ford Probe 2.2L turbo flywheel, I forget)
