5 speed swap

I was wondering what all I would need and how hard it would be to convert my truck to a manual 5 speed it currently has a 4 speed with OD

Uh... if you have a clutch, you have a five speed already.

It's a auto 4spd

Factory swap? Transmission w/bellhousing, slave cylinder, clutch line, clutch master cylinder, rod from the clutch pedal to the clutch master cylinder, clutch pedal (shaft it slips on should already be under the dash) and it's retainer clip, plus neutral safety switch for clutch linkage (this may be a hydraulic switch on the clutch master cylinder). Not sure if the drive shaft length or spline are the same, some vehicles are not. Maybe the transmission mount and cross member (some are the same, some vehicles are not).
