mazda 2.0 performance

Hey guys, sorry if I write alot, ok heres the deal I'm in wyotech and im wantin to build a rally truck and looking at getting a mazda b2k I was wondering if i could possably get a 2.0 to 150-200hp range. Heres the rules the head, carb, and the block can be moded but cant be replaced, it has to be N/A. The motor has to stay below 2.6. the differential is free as long as the axle houseing is not moded, so I can change the ratio and I can make it a solid axle. and please don't ask why. But any comments will be appreciated. and Thanks

150 is alot to ask of a 2.0

yeah I know that, and I forgot to mention-money really is not a option. o and the enternals can be replaced. it can be port and polished, bored out, stroked.

If I change the ratio in the axle do you think it would accelerate as if it had 200 hp.
