b2000 motor swap

I have a 86 b2000 that I am either going to have to rebuild or do a motor swap on and I was curious if anyone knew of any motors that I could swap it out with pretty easily.

Any of the 1986-1987 B2000, or 1987-1993 B2200 engines will swap into your truck and bolt up to the transmission just fine.

As far as it not being the stock motor maybe the kia sportage swap. But as far i know everything else takes some modification. Like mentioned above a carbed 2.2 would be the fastest and easiest

I have a 87 b2000 standard cab that I want to do a motor swap on. I'm looking at the mazdaspeed 3 Turbo engine? I'm curious if anyone knows if this motor will fit?

Any engine will fit.......it's just a matter of how much fab work do you want to do?

Probably won't mate up to any of your other accessories and trans, and driveshaft, and so on and so forth.
