ok got one for yall. i just discover that my head gasket is either cracked or blown after letting my truck run for 15 to 20 mins i notice smoke coming from between the heat shield and gasket cover area. also there is white smoke coming from my tail pipe. i dont have thousands of dollars for the gasket repair and im trying to seal it and fix so i can leave i have a 800 MILE TRIP INCLUDING MOUNTAINS here are some links and trying to find out which blue devil to buy.

if you just buy the gasket it wont be nowhere near a grand if you do it yourself. not hard at all jus takes alil time. pull the intake off then valve cover. there are big bolts holding the head on i think its the biggest ones between all the valves and two outsid the valve cover and theres your head gascket. scrape that shtuff out n replace n rebuild. Oh and there are only 3 vacumes that you will have to reconnect to the bottom of the intake

Ok best recommend replace headgasket! Those products to seal a hg are more of a band aid and gook up the engine.I would suggest if your not up to par on a job like this call some shops and get a quote it probably want be as much as you think.Doing it correct NOW will benefit you later.Stay AWAY from those hg products to (COUGH) fix it now.Yes cost now,but why make it cost more later alot more.
