I thought the idle screws on these were set at the factory, and have a tamper pin to prevent you from adjusting them?

thats the fuel/ air screw. the idol screw sticks way out there. the fuel and air is countersunk, and unless tampered with, has a pin blocking it.

heres a pic. the screw on the top right under the choke arm there is the idle screw. turn the screw counter clockwise jus a lil with it runnin and u will here her simmer down.
