Loping idle. HELP

Hey guys, any clue on what could be causing a loping idle? carbs clean, egr is clean, checked for vaccuum leaks but dont really know exactly where to check with the carb cleaner. Also, sounds like a tractor and black smoke is coming out the tailpipe any help would be appreciated!

Nevermind. The egr valve was full of carbon buildup
