Need Head

ok so i thought my valve cover gasket was leaking so i took it off and i was making sure the rocker arms were tight the 2 bolts at the end on both ends will not tighten down so i pulled them off and there is no threds and the holes have been drilled out so yea im kinda pissed right now its a 2.0 head so if anybodys got one they wanna get rid of you would be a life saver cause a reman is 348 bucks

hey man, can't you just put helicoils in the bolt holes?

just helicoil it as stated above

I think a helicoil kit is around $20 - $30 and it should come with about 8-10 inserts. Check at a NAPA store they normally stock a wide selection of them

well it had helicoils in it the only problem is that the holes have been drilled out and are too big for the helicoils they just slide up when u tighten em down

its fully assmebled i pulled it off an extra motor my brother had... but didnt use it cause i rebuilt my b22 head.. but ill take 100 plus shipping
