ok bought 90 mazda b2200 two months ago motor needed to be rebuilt so i rebuilt motor had it bored out 20 over for fresh start had to replace crank with new one old one was messed up and i resized the rods so new pistons fresh block new crank new rings brought head to machine shop to get tested it tested good so they did a valve job bought gasket kit so all new gaskets torqued everything to specs wouldnt start first problem fixed that then it sounded like crap timing was off fixed that then it sounded like it was starving for fuel fixed that then when i went to back out of my drive way had no brakes fixed that then wouldnt keep a charge had to buy new alt


New problem just arouse while i was checking all my fluids oil was low looked under truck and nothing so went on to the radiator and i found the oil foating on the top does anybody know what would cause this theres no water in my oil just oil in my water having real bad luck with this truck

Cracked block or cylinder it sounds to me.

I would probably lean more towards the block. if it was the head, it should leak the water to the oil.

Did you flush the radiator after the rebuild maybe its old oil from b4

yeah it could easily be some oil that got into your cooling system during initial head removal or from previous issues. I'd let her run for a while and see how she performs. Back flush the fuck out of the system
