Yet another newbie with questions

First and foremost, thanks to all of you for creating such a great community. This site and its' members have already helped me tremendously.

Unfortunately I still have some questions so here goes:

The firs tpic is a harness near the coil and the second two are a harness located near the alternator.

My truck starts kinda rough sometimes and there is a slight hesitation ( very slight ) sometimes when I first hit the gas. I've already replace the fuel filter and accelerator pump. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the ones near the coil are for tach..........can't really remember.
