need help.

i have a weber carb on my truck and i was wondering if any one knew what series it is. because i think it may need rebuilt. thanks. if needed i'll take pics.

lol i was just to lazy last night, ill get one up today. every one keeps telling me its spark tho. and when i pulled the old plugs i got nothing. so i went and bought new ones. i havent checked the new yet but i have replaced the distributor cap, the rotor, the ignition coil and now the plugs. i have had a friend tell me it could be the ignition module? where is that located at on our trucks.

ah no help? lol well i think it may be my timing. but i have no idea. i checked the plugs and still no spark tho. could it be faulty wiring to the coil? im so lost with this right now its killing me. also 15 days till i have to have it running or my dad is scrapping it.lol so help would be appreciated.

i was driving down the road one day and mine just quit running almost as if i turned my key off checked for igniton nothing i swapped distributers because i had a few sitting around lol and she fired right off not sure what cause it to go bad and i havent had a problem with it since but try that one before anything else you may be able to find one in a junk yard cheap

i swapped the distributor cap and the rotor. you mean the whole distributor?
