Bought a b22k with a Weber 32/36 non outlaw and I was wondering if anyone runs the electric choke? It should be wired to the positive on the coil right? So far I'm not a fan of the Weber. I have a low mileage 4.3 I might swap in. Thanks

No, the electric choke only needs about 7-8 volts and you get that from plugging the choke wire into the rear of the stock alternator.......this way you only get voltage on that wire when the engine is rotating, that way it won't heat up the bi-metal choke spring if you just turned the key to the "ON" position.

Here is a pic of the wire (yellow wire with blue plug-in) plugging into the rear of the alt.
