Engine install question

I'm finishing out swapping a 2.2l in my 87 B2000. The 2.2 is from an 89. I'm hooking up the wiring on the passenger side and I cant figure out where this plug/wire thingy goes.



I think it screws into the block somewhere, but I can't tell. I even looked at the old block to try to see where it went.

I did take alot of pics but none of them show this thing anywhere.

thanks, should be fixed now.

Now it shows up.....That is the temp sensor for the gauge pod. It goes in the upper radiator hose neck. It is a aluminum curved neck. Should find the hole there. Good luck.
