Strange sound, not sure what it is.

I got this weird sound that just started. I have no idea what it may be. Here is a video, hope you can pick it out. It's kind of gentle whining sound. Reminds me off a sound effect a UFO would make in a cartoon.

No power steering, arms like a boss
Didn't see any UFO's which is a shame
Your belts looked aligned, sometimes they can give an odd whine if something starts running out/fraying.
What does it do as you change the rpm?
What does it do when you depress the clutch?
Nice clean engine bay
Anyone else think with that amount of noise but not a hard knock it might be exhaust related?

As RPM goes up the noise speeds up, clutch doesn't have any affect on it.

I vote check around your exhaust for a leak, got a mister bottle or something you can spray around to see if something is blowing or sucking?

I've only heard the "knock/clatter" when they have gone, lol
