Chutch Squel noise

89 B2200 - I had the clutch replaced recently and now when I shift into 1st or reverse there is a load squelling noise. It makes the noise until I start moving good and then stops. It does not do it in second or above gears. Please help. I want to be able to have an idea what it may be before I take it back to the shop.

What all was replaced with the clutch? It sounds like it may be the pilot or throwout bearings. They should have been replaced while the transmission was off to do the clutch. Sorry for the bad news.

Not sure what all was replaced. Got the truck from my dad. He just said the clutch had been replaced. Can I just have the bearing replaced? Or do I need to redo the entire clutch setup?

its an easy swap too. if you have any mechanical ability and tools you can do it yourself and save a chunk of change
