running rough and stalling

Hey i have a 91 b2200 with a 2.0 bottom end with a 2.2 top end this morning i kinda ran the truck low on gas and after i filled it up it started running worse already replaced the fuel pump and filter but still ran like crap my only last two thoughts could be the pressure regulator and maf sensor just need some help soon as this ismy daily driver

You could try carb cleaning the throat area but doubt that will help.Unless your fuel pump has trash in it,or your egr valve is acting up.Granted your egr may not be the problem,running low on fuel then fuel up.I would check it regardless,under carb,3 ten mm bolts,1 vac line,1 electrical plug.Remove note gasket position and clean carbon out,with carb clnr.Worse case you could replace the pump or blow out primary line disconnected.Can be so many things even a crappy plug,or plug wire not pushed down on distributor.Unless trash got into the bowl of the carb and blocking flow.Just tossing ideas and some may or may not help.Tired I am long day.

Sorry should of put that this is injected and put a brand new pump in it and a new fuel filter and also blew out all the lines

i know its simple but u could check your plugs n see how theyr burnin. u could run a lil sea foam, is there a service engine soon light or anything? and if u have the right fitting u could remove the line and hook it to an air compressor and see if it blows out any trash. other than that i dont know much about fuel injection but it sounds like u could have sucked somthin up in there. while runnin low on fuel
