mazda 2.2l non turbo cam and crank seal replacement

Hey everyone,
I have a mazda 626, with 2.2l engine. I know this is the b series truck forums but the 626 forum i tried seems fairly inactive. I am pretty sure my cam and crank seals are leaking. I want to change them out, but have not done much work on small car engines. My big block ford is much easier. If you guys have any tips for me, ways to make it easy, or links to walk throughs that would be much appreciated. Also is it a good idea to replace the water pump and oil pump gaskets at the same time?

well got any advice or kind of a step by step? ive read a few, but always like to get a few different methods people have used. Also, would this gasket set be everything i needed to take it all apart, replace the seals, and put it back together? I would need to buy a seperate camshaft seal however, since this is just the crankshaft set.
