the bottom center gasket is the one that goes between the head and the thermostat / distributor housing. (dont forget to replace the o-ring for the distributor as well)
I have not seen that gasket available without a kit. I did trace a pattern onto a piece of paper, so if I need that gasket again I have access to it. BUT generally if you are taking that off, it is because you are doing something with the cylinder head, so you might as well buy the head gasket kit anyway!.
(comes with intake, exhaust, the mystery gasket for the thermostat housing, new distributor o-ring.. etc. etc.
the rear main housing seal is the one you have highlighted. and then the crankshaft seal is easy to come by (usually sold in a kit with both gaskets)
the front crankshaft seal is also easy, but the oil pump housing is not as easy... why do you need this gasket? is it just leaking, or did you need to replace the pump? if you buy a pump it will come with it.
