Rebuilt Head puffing smoke

I took my head off of my 2.2 and sent it to the Cylinder Head shop to get rebuilt.

I put it back together and it starts up fine but when it warms up its puffing white smoke. Any advise or troubleshooting tips will be greatly appreciated!

Did you check for any warpage on the deck? Did you re-check the head? Even machine shops make mistakes... Did you re use the old head gasket and head bolts? Are the bolts correctly torqued and tightened in correct order?..... My advice is to do a cylinder leak down test
