Alright, well as i'd stated before i just purchased my B2200 an 88 model 2.2 it's got a new weber carb ( from redline not ebay ) and i have a runnning ac and would wish to keep it this way. I have taken pictures of some hoses and parts attached to the passenger side of my engine bay.

( In this one i capped a line that was open with a t connection i used small piece hose and capped it, the engine idled down and a lot of the rough idle was taken out

( All these hoses seem to be connected and ran to where they should be

Now you probably can't see it in this picture, but there was also another hose black with yellow lettering that i had capped off before doing the T connection, and the engine had idled down and roughness smoothed out slightly, but it smoothed out completly when i capped the T connection.

Now i'm just lookig to clean my engine bay up so any information on any parts/hoses that can be removed without affecting my acc would be appreciated thank you

You can remove nearly all of the vacuum hoses with the Weber setup. The only one you really need is the vacuum advance for the distributor.

All of that vacuum stuff was/is connected in some way or another to the ECU and the primary purpose of the ECU was to control the mixture solenoid inside of the stock carb.......and that is now gone since you have a Weber on it.

If you don't have emission testing, disconnect it all as it is just a potential nest of vacuum leaks. Most will remove the EGR valve and fashion a block-off plate to cover the hole that's left on the intake.......if you have a rough idle, I'd start with the EGR removal (or cleaning if you have emission testing).

The A/C will not be affected by any of the vacuum stuff. When you had your stock carb on it, there was a "Idle up" feature that was controlled with a vacuum switch (on the pass. fender with brown & black wires going to it) and hoses, but the Weber doesn't have the device on the carb linkage to raise the idle when the A/C compressor is engaged, so you won't need any of that also........most Weber users just increase the idle a tad in the summertime to compensate for the extra engine drag when the compressor is engaged.

So basically, what you are saying is i can remove all hoses save ones coming from the distributor to the carb should only be one anyways there, and the rest i could take off the intake and carb and cap off where they went?

This is as far as I got you can pretty much remove everything on the passenger fender and intake.

When your done your fender should look like this. (minus the three wires)

well i figured out what all that junk was to is the egr valve, as soon as i can find a shop to make me a plate to cover this it will all be cleaned up

I made mine with a piece of scrap aluminum and a hacksaw and drill. Only took a few minutes.

all i would even have that might work are some old heating and air duct boots but i don't think they would be thick enough or would using the little gasket ( i'm assuming ) it would have one, be enough to stop any vacum leak?

Update a little, finally plugged off ll unused vacum lines on the intake, still needing my egr removed but waiting on a friend to have few days off work so we can get to it and other projects. now i'm just waiting on that to fully clean up the engine bay, got all the useless lines and nest of leaks gone, spent about 50 bucks on hoses plugs etc but i done it. quiet a few looks from comers an goers into advance, crazy loon chucking hosing and vacum lines from under his hood lmao. also, i seen a lot of people have the specter style filters ontop their valve covers instead of the hose run to the weber, i did this as well and was just curious as to why people did it? i mean it looks nifty but does it serve a purpose or just looky loo?
