1988 mazda b2200

Hi, I own a 1988 Mazda B 2200. I have noticed during the past 4 weeks, when I start the truck run it, if A squeaking almost squealing sound that seems like it comes from the engine. I say it comes from the engine because when I accelerate I hear the same sound but sped up. What do you think is the problem?

Belts? Pulley bearing? Fan clutch? Have you opened the hood yet?

As SinCityLocal mentioned to check. If you can loosen the belts then taken off the pulley and spin the pulleys one at a time. Listen if you hear the squeak or other noises it creates. Watch if it spins effortlessly or isn't wobbly. Any of these mentioned is the likely cause. The fan clutch won't spin freely as I've read from other posts. My B2200 doesn't use a fan clutch...
