acceleration issues

so lately, when i accelerate, i feel my truck sort of lag to go. like ill press s much gas as i usually do and it'll go slow and i would have to give more gas to speed up. and even then itll kinda hesitate the duration of the acceleration.
im out of a job right now so shop is out of the question, but could someone please help.
i have a 91 b2200 5 speed.

Time for spark plugs? Check your fuel filter too.

but i jus replaced them the other week!

and the fuel filter is under the hood right? the clear thing? that looks fine as well :/

also it has been idling unusually low. i noticed the problem began when it would idle at 500 on cold starts.
and now instead of idling at 900-1100 while driving, its steady at 750 and i can kinda feel it drop but pick back up. not a big drop or pick up cuz it still stays at the white line. its very subtle but i can hear it and feel the motor a little

but now ive been giving it gas before starting so it would idle at 1750 to warm up then itll drop to 1100 instead of the motor shaking the whole truck at 500

it still idles at 750 at stoplights tho.

choke stuck? clogged? mine did that as well and i noticed there was an arm on the stock carb that had come loose. do you have a stock carb or a weber?

sorry but i have no idea what an arm is. lol im still learning abot these things. especially the carbs.
and i have the stock carb. i jus went out and ran it and sprayed a bunch of carb cleaner on it it seemed like it helped a bit but i still need other possibilities jus in case

By an arm I mean one of the levers on the top had worked itself out of where it was supposed to be.

The choke is the butterfly valve at the top of the carb. Once your engine is warm, it should pretty much be open totally.

would this be on the black or on the carb itself?
