going crazy

ok so i jus pulled out my 2.2 stock engine an swaped it in another 91 b2200 got it all hooked up witch i think so but my weber 32/36 with dgev and its reving way too high i tryed ajusting it an nothin seems too work i noticed that the flaper things on carb really isent opening up idk im stuck been outta a truck for a week

Make sure the throttle cable is adjusted properly. There should be some slack in the cable. Dan

figured it out i messed up on block off plate for egr an a screw browk off pushed on it an it idled noarmal the lil things man
