california carb'd

i know the webers are very popular in other states where the smog isnt as strict, however i live in california. Was wondering if theres any videos for rebuilding the carb, or if theres any pictures with step by step websites. if not i can probably find my way thru it, however i figured id ask before i have to do this in the future so i have the information handy prior to any issues. either that or if somebody has passed smog visual and emissions with a weber id love to know what was done to pass. greasing palms isnt an option.
