Has anyone ever heard of Next Day Auto an online parts dealer. Well anyway all the auto stores here in tennesee say they list a vacuum advance for my 1988 Mazda B2200 2.2 L but cant order it. Even my local Mazda dealer cant get it anymore. So what gives because if I can order a water pump I should be able to order a vacuum advance,I was wondering if anyone here on Mazda sight might have a wrecked Mazda B2200 with parts to buy. Or know a secure web site to order from.

They may only come with a new distributor assembly.

Or an excuse to run EDIS

I just had the same problem, could not one find anywhere. Did not check dealer, figure them to be as proud as Kubota of the parts.

Last month I ordered, and received an advance unit, quickly from nextdayauto.com. Part number for mine was F240-18-V35A, $30.89, $9.05 shipping.

I am converting a B2600 to non computer, seemed a simple deal. Done it on my American cars for years. Change the injection to carb and the distributor. Not so here.

I did the carb, Dualjet (verajet) Rochester (half a quadrajet), with much engineering.

Still a challenge, got the distributor in [(using an '87 modified B2200 carbureted one) new module, pickup coil good], but no fire.

Wired distributor; black to + on new '87 coil, coil directly to battery +. Blue distributor lead to coil -, to ground, no spark. What am I missing here?

$20.00 here: - did not investigate shipping.

Why, the above link is the page for advance? Has anyone bought there?

I've bought parts there before and they're quality parts, and in my case I got 2 day shipping for like 6 dollars and all they're parts have warranty so there's really no risks
