Is that hose coming coming from my thermostat housing connect to the intake via another hose? and whats the two blue post on the bottom of my intake manifold?
Cusser   +1y

That's called the thermo valve, just sits there not connected to internals of the intake manifold; activated by heat for the vacuum control to the EGR.

@Cusser do I need to leave it alone? Just leave it not connected to anything?
Cusser   +1y
Yes, you can either connect that thermo valve to the EGR circuit or leave it alone.

That's not related to the small bypass hoses near there which carry coolant. See this photo: The two arrows point to the small bypass hoses and there's a third U-shaped one at the front of the engine that's quite accessible.

That second hose in the middle of the engine, that can be plugged? Or does it connect the the underneath of the intake?
Cusser   +1y

Can't plug that; attaches under. Important.

://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_images/1/2677/4249/6692124015_large.jpg Ok first pic is the coolant line that feeds off the back to the front. This has 3 hoses and one from the rear to the hardline, one to the thermostat housing, and last the center hose feeds to the intake manifold from the bottom. These parts for the 3 intake hoses are listed on MT on the general forum under the wear/tear thread that is stickied.I am showing my pics of my coolant tube and intake mount area for a good clean visual.I am a ocd clean fanatic and not to discount the info already shared.

What are those three hoses thats linked together on the passenger side? I know one is fuel and the other is some return hose(?) and whats the other one for? Didn't it have something to do with the egr?

Coolant bypass hoses.
