Check engine light flashing on/off along with stalling

Whats up guys, Alright got a 2,6 and the check engine light flashing on and off during acceleration usually on interstate going around 70. When just pulling out from stop signs/lights if i have it in first gear with the clutch pushed it, the truck wants to bog and stall. I figured it has to do something with the air/ fuel because the check engine light isnt constantly on. so I replaced the fuel filter, clean the mass air flow sensor with CRC, cleaned the air intake with a recharger kit. my next step is the spark flugs and wires and cleaning the fuel injectors. I read some people having some of the same problems but not exactly the same. Think this could be the catalytic converter or possibly the fuel injectors? hit me up if you got some ideas

I had the same prob on my 88 b2200 nd for me it was a simple tune up with fuel filter spark plugs nd wires nd clean my egr nd injectors nd it ran fine with no check engine light no more
