I finally got the truck running again. The noise has quieted down a little I try to drive it and want to because every 1 pretty much has told me the same thing that after its driven for a while(10-20 miles)it should quiet down alot!so far I have driven it 3 miles.I still am having problems other than ruff over heated sound engine makes when i push on the gas.If I had to describe the sound,i'd say it kinda sounds like 1 of those pod racers from the movie "STARWARS episode 1 the phanton menace".the problems are listed in order below. Follwing the problems will be a few Question.
+Starting, warming truck to normal operating tempature :
At first its hard to start.usually I need a jumpstart.once it starts it runs around 1000 RPM's.If I barely even tap then release the gas pedal{same as with that brass colored thing the Accelerater Cable hooks on to}the RPM's jump to 3000 & they remain 3000 for a few seconds as if im still on the Pedal/Accelerater ........then drop back down to 1000.
+When I try to drive it :
The engine acts normal like it wants to go some where,as its in reverse pulling on to the street.Once im on the street the truck revs with high, fast RPMs.so I shift into 2nd gear the trucks running noisy & ruff but at this point its the closest to normal as its gonna act. After shifting to 3rd gear, the RPM's climb high & quick so I shift to 4th.My speed remains the same(unchanging) 80% of the time but the other 20% a smidgen faster but not much. .
*side note for;when I try to drive it:
>The truck acts like its asking me to shift with high RPMs but when I do it doesnt want to go any fast than it already is.
>Truck seems better after shutting it off meaning, the longer I drive it the less power it has.
>Seems like the longer it runs the less power it has.
Questions:
----I have 3 oil sensors,is there a way that I can test them to check if they are working properly?
----Before I replaced the head,My truck ran with air conditioning/belt/pulley since I first took the engine out,I removed it my question is......Should I put it back on to give it the load on engine it had when it was running properly?
----Not the valve springs. The RockerShaft springs(8 I think) Is it possible for them have to much strech in them(outward pushing force)?
----Do any1 have plastic spacers on there Rocker Arm Assembly between the RockerShaft Springs,RockerArms'or maybe even between the caps^1^2^3^4^&5^?

Thats all I have right now,Thank you you for your time
