ecu problems help please , 911 911

Ok I've been around the engine bay , vcoilreplacing mass air sensor,coil, fuel relay, so on. But thanks to everyone here I did find out my ecu was bad. So here's my question would a ecu f/a 94 mpv auto work in my truck which is a 5 speed. The part #s r different but they have some of the same numbers. Both the mpv,& the b2600I have the same motors. But here's the numbers from the 5 speed G618__18__881A, E2T03081__OX16...... MPV___G646__18__881A, E2T03381T____4411. So does anyone know if they work the same. Or what do the numbers mean?

if its the same ecu with the same wire harness and it will plug into your truck, id try it. im not sure if the automatic transmissions are supposed to communicate with the ecu tho. i know they do in some newer cars.

i talked to them and were very helpful, he even told me i could use my b2200 f.i. ecu on my b2600i in a pinch,
i sent my ecu to them to have it rebuilt and its been fine since
