hey guys, so i rebuilt my motor about 4k ago and it ran great....until a couple weeks ago. my dad was driving and the water pump belt broke and caused the motor to over heat. i fixed the belt and it ran fine until a couple days ago when it started burning some coolant, then the other day it started burning a lot more and my oil was very milky. well i pulled the head off and my gasket was blown but i also noticed another thing. some of the holes in the head gasket where the coolant ports are were clogged. this was near the No 1 cylinder which was also the one burning the coolant. i'm running a complete ITM gasket kit so i was wondering, this time should i run a OE headgasket? was it an issue with the HG that caused those ports to plug up? the gasket was in pretty bad shape around the No 1 cylinder but the rest of it looked perfect.

any ideas?

thank you

Most here only use Fel-Pro or factory head gaskets. I used Fel-Pro with my B2200.
