Remote Freewheel switch issues...FIXED ..Vacuum leak

So I realized my errors with the placement of the shifter and all was good. Now the remote freewheel switch locks every time I power up the truck. I can manually turn it off but I would like to get it back to its normal functioning state. Any ideas?

Try disconnecting the battery for 90 seconds and reconnecting it, It might reset the computer.

Did not work, I'll try looking over the vacuum and electrical.
