i have seen a thread on s10forums a long time ago, cant find it now days that it was done, think his name was doug. anyways I am very interested in doing this setup, i know it takes an extra comp or 2 and check valves to do, but not sure on everything. anyone heard of it or done it?
pros:
unlimited playtime
no waiting for air to lift up
cons:
no noise when lowering
slower drop from what i have read so far
from what i have read you hook the dumps to a 2nd tank and then run a line from that tank into the inlet on a compressor with a check valve and into the 1st tank. the comp runs better with compressed air and doesnt hurt the comp any. then that comp shoots the reused air back into the main tank and so on. water traps are good also and filters for the compressors. working on getting as much info as i can, then maybe give it a try later down the road.
