LCA removal ?

Ok guys I have a front frame clip that I am stripping down for parts. I have gotten everything offf of it minus the LCA's. I have removed the bolts for the torsion bars holders. There is another bolt that seems to be round on one end with a nut on the other. The nuts has been removed but cant get the bolt out. Any help will help.

I've found it's easiers to push the LCA upward as far as you can while lightly tapping it with a hammer. Soaking the bolt in PB plaster helps as well. If that doesnt work, thread the nut on until it's flush with the bolt end and hit it with a hammer.
