no help in the thread i made so ill try here. could i run 15x8 +0 4.5"bs and 185/45/15s and get the rim to be flush with my fenders? my truck is 2wd sheetmetal and static, no spindles just re-indexed torsions, 3" blocks and pulled middle leaf. also pulled the control arm shim to fix camber a bit.

None of the modifications you mentioned will affect your wheels being flush with the fenders or not.
Since you have 4.5" back spacing that means it will stick out 3.5" past the mounting surface. So do this.
1. Take a wheel off(either front or back)
2. Stick a tape measure on the mounting face of either the rotor or rear drum depending on which wheel you take off.
3. Measure 3.5" out and then that's where the edge of the wheel will be for the wheels you mentioned.

Checking for wheel spacing is a lot simpler then most people think. It's always safer to check your vehicle your self especially when you need almost exact measurements. IE a bagged vehicle.
When I bagged my Ranger many many years ago I asked the Wheel Manufacturer about tucking and placed my order with their recommended specs but even they were wrong. You always need to double check.

You have to account for variances in manufacturing in different trucks as well as what the truck has been through.
Also to someone else the idea of fitting may include it rubbing the bed and pushing the bed sides out.

so to get it flush youre saying less backspace? i also forgot to add i will be rolling my fender lips as well

I'm saying to measure your truck and check for your self to be sure. I guess I see where it sounded confusing. Here is the edit.
Since the wheels you are interested in have 4.5" back spacing that means it will stick out 3.5" past the mounting surface. So do this.
1. Take a wheel off(either front or back)
2. Stick a tape measure on the mounting face of either the rotor or rear drum depending on which wheel you take off.
3. Measure 3.5" out and then that's where the edge of the wheel will be for the wheels you mentioned.
