Navi wheel questions????

Hey guys I am kinda new to the Mazda scene and I just got a 93 2600i cab plus 2wd. I was thinking about getting some eskies down the road and I know that they fit good and only require the center hole to be board out. I have seen several people running the 18" Navigator wheels but I thought that they 6X135mm and Mazda and GM wheels are 6X139.7mm. Are you guys running adapters? Let me know,

If they are put on correctly then the hubs and axles need to be redrilled to that pattern. I just recently bought a set of billets with the ford pattern, my next step is a redrill.
